Welcome to Parent Portal

Had a Parent Portal Account last year
If you had a parent portal account last year, your username will be the same. All passwords have been reset to the exact same thing as your username. Enter your username (all CAPITAL letters) in both the username box and the password box at the top left hand side of any Knox County page.

Did NOT have an account last year (new to Parent Portal)
or can't remember your username
If you do not know your username for Parent Portal, you will need to get it from your child's school. Each school will be distributing Parent Portal usernames and passwords for every student.

Parent Portal and ParentLink are web-based services that allows parents to monitor their students' classroom grades, attendance and disciplinary events in real time. Parent Portal access requires an account for access. Parent accounts are automatically associated with the student's enrollment and updated nightly. Use the same username and password on both school and district web pages to access your "personal dashboard." Also use the same username and password for ParentLink.

How and where to login:
Login in from any KCS district or school web page using the username and password boxes in the upper left of any web page. The login boxes are located just under the district or school site name as shown below.

To view information click on "MY FAMILY"
After logging in successfully, click on the "My Family" link in the lower left of the page to access information about your student(s).
